Dcode QV600 Visual Measurement System
Verifies DPM and printed codes to ISO/IEC and AIM rules, and measures surfaces with laser triangulation.
QV600 is the measurement and code-grade station. It supports ISO/IEC 15415, ISO/IEC 29158 and AIM DPM-1-2006, adapts the image so glare does not fake a grade, and still allows flexible code layouts. Laser triangulation supplies micron-level 3D measurement. Multiple cameras can look at once. The station is non-contact, reports into MES or ERP, and is meant to drop onto a line with little downtime.

DMarking Builder and QV600 are the platforms on SINOMV equipment. They connect to PLC, MES and ERP. They are quoted with the machine, not as a consumer download.
