Laser Markers
SL-U UV Laser Marker
A 355 nm cold source marks plastics, glass, coatings and wafers with a 0.01 mm line and little heat.

Ultraviolet marking is the right tool when fiber heat would scorch a polymer, a coating or a medical surface. The system writes text, QR codes and logos down to a 0.01 mm line, uses vision for placement and code recognition, and can follow a moving conveyor. There are no inks and no volatile marks. It is used on PCB serials, wafer packages, instruments, cosmetic bottles and harness labels.
What it does
- 0.01 mm minimum line width
- Low heat on polymers and glass
- Vision placement and code read
- Dynamic marks on a moving belt
Where it is used
- Medical and pharma codes
- Wafer and cosmetic packaging
Questions
UV head or CO2 head?
Choose SL-U when heat would mark a polymer, a coating, glass or a wafer. Choose SL-C for wood, acrylic, leather, paper and rubber.
