SC-500 Glue Path AVI Inspection Machine
Single-side inspection of glue position, continuity and volume cues such as missing, excess and offset.
The SC-500 watches one dispensing face. Industrial imaging and a visual program define glue paths, non-glue areas and control zones on PCB assemblies, modules, displays and automotive parts. It calls out insufficient glue, excess, breaks, offset, overflow, residue and contamination. An optional 3D line sensor adds height and profile when bead volume must be measured, at a stated resolution of 0.0025 mm. Results stay available for traceability.

Questions
Which coating inspector fits a single-side line?
SC-350 is the large-field coater inspector, boards to 350 × 350 mm. SC-500 is single side, boards to 500 × 500 mm. SC-500D is dual-head and double-side, boards to 500 × 500 mm.
When is 3D glue inspection worth it?
When the specification names bead height or width. A camera confirms the path. The 0.0025 mm line laser measures the profile.
