SC-500 Online Coating AVI Inspection Machine
Single-side coating AVI for boards up to 500 × 500 mm, with UV lighting, polygon programs and SPC output.
The SC-500 adds the optical and data tools that coating engineers ask for after a basic inspector. UV light separates fluorescent conformal coat from the bare board. Programs use polygons, rectangles and circles, including offline edits that do not stop the line. Results feed statistical process control so a drift in bubbles or edge position shows up before the yield drops. Automatic width handles batch changes.

Which coating inspector fits a single-side line?
SC-350 is the large-field coater inspector, boards to 350 × 350 mm. SC-500 is single side, boards to 500 × 500 mm. SC-500D is dual-head and double-side, boards to 500 × 500 mm.
When is 3D glue inspection worth it?
When the specification names bead height or width. A camera confirms the path. The 0.0025 mm line laser measures the profile.
