SC-350 Online Coating AVI Inspection Machine
Inline vision inspection for conformal coating: missing coat, overflow, particles and edge drift.
The SC-350 is the standard online coating inspector for PCB and PCBA lines that want repeatable judgment without a second camera head. Boards enter on a conveyor after coating or cure. Optical imaging and inspection software flag missing coating, excess, overflow, foreign particles, uneven film and edge deviation, then show the defect on screen. Regions for coat, keep-out and components are drawn to the board layout. It is the cost-adaptable model when double-side heads are not required.

Which coating inspector fits a single-side line?
SC-350 is the large-field coater inspector, boards to 350 × 350 mm. SC-500 is single side, boards to 500 × 500 mm. SC-500D is dual-head and double-side, boards to 500 × 500 mm.
When is 3D glue inspection worth it?
When the specification names bead height or width. A camera confirms the path. The 0.0025 mm line laser measures the profile.
