Inline Cleaning and Other Equipment
Inline Atmospheric Plasma Cleaning Machine
Atmospheric plasma removes organics, oxides and fine particles before bonding, printing or coating.

The inline plasma cell is a dry pretreatment for continuous lines. Atmospheric plasma lifts organic films, oxides and micro-particles so the next adhesive, ink or coat grips. It is used in electronics, semiconductors, optics, automotive, medical devices and packaging. PLC control, remote monitoring and logs cover temperature, pressure, airflow and power. Working pressure is adjustable from 0.1 to 0.5 MPa, with overload and abnormal-airflow protection for 24-hour runs.
What it does
- Dry process, no wet residue
- Better adhesion for the next process
- PLC, logs and remote view
- Designed for 24-hour inline duty
Where it is used
- Before bonding, print or coat
- Semiconductor package surfaces
Questions
Plasma or ultrasonic?
